Prevent Wrinkles, Don't Treat It!

It's always frustrating to me to hear people say "I don't have wrinkles so I don't need to use skincare yet".  People often think they should only use moisturizer, sun care and other methods of anti-aging when they'll have developed wrinkles.  Ladies, the whole idea behind skincare is prevention, not treatement or correction.  There is no moisturizer out in the market that will help you reverse wrinkles, regardless of the claims.  Moisturizers may help slow down your skin aging process by providing certain nutrients and protection, but there is no natural treatment out there that will remove wrinkles from your face and body.

With that said, please take care of your pretty face and protect your skin from the sun by wearing a minimum sunscreen of SPF 15, a hat and sun glasses when you're out in the sun.  At night, be sure to use a thicker moisturizing agent with the nutrients it needs to maintain and nourish that healthy glow.  And at least once a week, exfoliate your skin to help it reveal newer and fresher skin.

To your health and beauty.

  1. that is definitely true, prevention is better than cure, that is quite basic.

  2. Prevention is really better than a cure. I started using moisturizers when I was in my early 20s and noticed that I now have smoother skin. It is also recommended to exfoliate and use sunscreen protection when you are under the sun.

  3. Similiar to you Florence, I've been using moisturizers and suncare products in my early 20s and I'm thankful everyday that I had done that.
