I love the business of beauty and it brings me joy to share my knowledge and skills to help make each woman beautiful. By doing that, I don't wish to change who she is but help her realizes natural beauty that is uniquely her own. Beautiful women come in so many different shapes, sizes and colours that it would be such a strange world if everyone looks the same.
Here's an example of what I mean... I follow TED.com often to open my mind to ideas and thoughts from great thinkers around the world. I was searching for something inspirational and found a talk from Amiee Mullens that speaks to her strength in the face of adversity and redefines how beauty is defined around the globe.
She's truly inspirational and she made my eyes shined. I love being in the company of women who are intelligent, witty and who exude charisma and confidence that tells me they are happy being them. These qualities make them absolutely beautiful inside out. For someone like me who is still learning each day, I find them so encouraging and powerful for us as women to realize that we make a difference each day by reflecting our own beauty through our actions and words.
Celebrate your uniqueness so that others can be inspired to do the same. :)
